Affiliate Marketing Techniques

Affiliates actively promoting First Class Cash Flow Handlers products come from many walks of life.  Some of our affiliates specialize in selling affiliate products exclusively, while others successfully operate other types of businesses, both on- and off-line.  Some have extensive internet experience and have been marketing on the web forever and some are "newbies" who are just getting started.  Some of our affiliates work at promoting products full-time, and some part-time, while others operate websites and businesses that complement our products and see their affiliate membership as a way to offer another valuable product to their clientele and broaden the services they are able to offer, while putting an extra income in their pocket.  Whatever your experience or expectations, we want to help you be as successful as possible.  With that idea in mind, we have created the following pages to give you an introduction to internet marketing and some of the techniques that are available to you to market your business, services and products.  These pages relate to marketing in general and are applicable to any type of business operation.  These techniques can be used to market a real estate business, a mortgage business, an affiliate sales business or any other type of internet business you may be involved with.  While we have tried to be as complete as possible, marketing a business frequently requires thinking "outside the box" to be successful.  So, if you have a marketing idea that you feel would be successful, don't be discouraged from trying it because it is not included in these pages.  In fact, if you find a method that is successful for you, we urge you to contact us so that we may share it with the rest of our affiliates.  We are here to help in whatever we way can.  After all, the more successful you become, the more successful we become.  Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions or suggestions, or if we can help you in any way.

Unique Selling Proposition:

Naturally, the aim of marketing any business or product is to set your business or product above the crowd.  In order to do this, you will need a Unique Selling Proposition, or USP.  Your USP will tell your clients why they should do business with you instead of with your competitors. It should set your business apart from your competitors and explain what makes your business different than other businesses in your field.  You should plan on spending some time developing your USP.  Set aside some time for brain storming and creative thinking.  Your USP may deal with unique products or bonuses you offer which your competition does not.  It may focus on your customer service and your ability to solve problems for them that other businesses cannot.  It may also include a personal story, which may allow you to market the same product or opportunity that others are offering in a unique way.

To give you an example of what a unique selling proposition is and how it works, we'll focus on the USP for First Class Cash Flow Handlers.  Our USP is the fact we are able to solve cash flow problems for individuals who are holding cash flow notes.  (In other words, if you need cash immediately and you own a cash flow note, we will buy all or part of that note and give you cash in exchange.)  Further, we are also able to offer products and services which allow home owners to create a cash flow note and sell it for cash, in order to aid them in selling their home.  Our company emphasizes personalized service and offers customized solutions to fit individual cash flow situations.  At this point, you may want to take a moment to explore our main site (www.1stclasscashflow.com) to see how we have incorporated this USP into our webpages.

Target Audience:

After you have determined your USP, the next step is to decide who your target audience is and where they are located.  In other words, you'll want to determine who is likely to use your company's services or purchase their products.  These are the people you'll need to find in order to market your business or products.  You'll need to write your advertisements and design your other marketing materials to reach this audience and appeal to them.

As an example, we'll use First Class Cash Flow Handlers again.  Based on our USP, it is fairly easy to see that our target market is going to consist of cash flow note holders and potential cash flow note holders.  More specifically, our target audience will be home sellers who are currently holding or considering the creation of a cash flow note and other existing cash flow note holders, such as lottery winners, structured settlement holders, etc.  Our "niche" market within the financial and real estate industries is the owner financing niche.

Now that you've determined what your USP is and who your target audience is, you're ready to start marketing your products and services.  In the next pages, we'll talk about different ways to do this.
